فطاير لحم ب ١٠ دقايق ولا اسرع😌٠للمزيد من وصفاتي تابعوني ؛@aziztime ٠٠الطريقه:في الفرامه نضيف:حبة بصل صغيرهنص حبة فلفل احمر حلوحبة طماطم صغيره٤ فصوص ثومكزبرهفلفل اخضر حسب الرغبهونفرم٠نضيفهم على ١/٢ كيلو لحم عجل مفروم ونملح مع فلفل اسود وكمون وكزبره ناشفه واوريقانو وزيت زيتون ونخلط٠نحط اللحم فوق خبز التورتيلا ونفرده بحيث يكون سمكه خفيف عشان يستوي٠ضفت على بعض الفطاير جبنه مودزاريلا٠الفرن من تحت على حرارة ٢٠٠ ٠تقريباً ١٠ دقايق لين تستوي اللحمه وتتحمر الاطراف٠من اسهل مايكون ومنجد طعمها تحفه
