Thank you for watching. In this video I turn spalted beech into a high gloss bowl. I enjoyed this project, and whilst there were a few challenges along the way (such as the large chunk of wood missing) I am happy with how it turned out.

باذنجان باللحم
اول شي نجيب لحم ونفرمه بالفرامه اذا ما عندك جيب لحم هبره
نضيف عليه بصل وبقدونس وملح وبابريكا وفلفل اسود ونعجنها اذا كان اللحم طازج راح ينعجن اذا كان لحم هبره ضروري تحطون معاه بقسماط مطحون
نجيب باذنجان ونشيل القشور ونغطيه باللحم
ونقليه بالزيت حامي على نار خفيفه
نحطه بالصينيه
وبالمقلاه تحط طماطم مفروم وصلصه طماطم و٤ فصوص ثوم مهروس وملح ونخلطها اللين تتسبك
نحط فيه شويه مويه
ونحطها فوق اللحمه ونغطيه بالقصدير
وعلى فرن حار من فوق وتحت لمدة نصف ساعه
ثم يقدم مع الزبادي بالثوم
