صناعه الخيوط القطنيه بيتم حصاد نبات
القطن من حقول ثم تضع ماكينه الحصاد القطن
داخل العربه تقوم بتنظيف القطن من الحصا
وعيدان النبات بعد ذلك يتم نقلها الى مصنع
المعالجه او ما يسمى المحلج ثم تضع العربه
القطن على حزام ناقل يذهب الحزام بعد ذلك الى صندوق بيتم دفع هواء ساخن داخله مع
تدوير القطن لازاله الرطوبه منه وسهوله
تنظيفه بعد ذلك بيذهب القطن من خلال انبوب
وتذهب النفايات من انبوب اخر ويدخل بعدها
القطن في اله لازاله البذور يوجد بها
مناشير مرتبه افقيا تقوم بسحب القطن عن
البذور واسقاط البذور بالاسفل تذهب البذور
بعد ذلك الى مصانع زيت الطعام ثم يذهب
القطن الى مكبس لضغطه في شكل حزم وربطه
وارساله الى مصنع غزل الخيوط في مصنع غزل
الخيوط بيتم دخول القطن في ماكينه ويخرج
منها فيشكل حبال قطنيه بتسمى سليفر ثم يتم
لفها في شكل اسطواني كبير الحجم بعد ذلك
تدخل في اله لتحويلها الى بكر من القطن
بعد ذلك يتم وضعها في اله غزلها وخروج
خيوط قطنيه رفيعه في النهايه يتم تعبتها
ويرسلها الى مصنع النسيج
