مكرونه بصوص الفستق

في محضر الطعام نضيف:
٣/٤ كوب فستق حلبي
فص ثوم مهروس او مقطع صغير
شوية كزبرة خضرا
نص كوب زيت زيتون
ونفرم لين نحصل على قوام متجانس
٠
في طاوة حمست الصوص بزيت زيتون وضفت المكرونه المسلوقه وقلبتها شويه مع الصوص ونملح حسب الرغبه.
٠
في صحن التقديم نزين المكرونه بشوية بارميزان وكزبره وريحان
٠
وبالعافيه عليكم
