٥٠ جم زبده
٦٠٠ جم جبنه كريميه
٣ بيضات كامله
٢ صفار بيض
٢٠٠ جم سكر
ربع كوب كريمة خفق
٠

☑️ الطريقه
نطحن البسكويت ونضيف الزبده ونحطهم على صينية الكيك ونضغط بشكل خفيف مو قوي
٠
ندخلها الفرن ١٠ دقايق يتماسك البسكويت والحراره ١٧٠
٠
٠
☑️ التشيز كيك
استخدمت عجانة كينوود الرهيبه ١٧٠٠ واط شيف اكس ال تيتانيوم
٠
ضفت الجبنه والسكر وخلطتهم
٠
ضفت البيض والصفار والفانيلا
٠
اخر شي ضفت الكريمه
٠
استخدمت مضرب الكريمه عشان القوام يطلع ناعم👌
٠
٠
نضيف الخليط فوق البسكويت وعلى الفرن ساعه ١٧٠
٠
لما تستوي نحمرها من الوجه
٠
نخليها تبرد وبعدين على الثلاجه ساعتين اقل شي
٠
