🛑 الطريقه
لكل كيلو هريس كيلو لحم بقري او اللحم اكثر حسب رغبتكم
٠
الهريس يغسل جيداً ويتنقع بالمويا نص يوم الى يوم افضل
٠
٠
في قدر نحط اللحم سواء قطع كبيره او صغيره او بعضم وفوقها المويا ، نخلي اللحم يغلي ونشيل الزفره
٠
نضيف الهريس المنقوع
٠
نخلي المويا فوق الهريس تقريباً اصبع واحد
٠
نوطي النار اقل شي ونقفل القدر بقصدير وغطا وثقل ان وجد عشان نكتم الحراره والبخار
٠
انا خليته ٤ ساعات وممكن ل ٦ ساعات بس طلع معايا تمام بعد ٤ ساعات
٠
٠
وبالعصا الخشب او ملعقة خشب لو ماعندكم ونهرس لين يصير قوامه ناعم

٠
🛑 لو لحم بعضم نشيل العضم بعد الاستواء
٠
ولا تنسوا الملح اخر شي

2 ملعقة كبيرة حليب باودر

الطريقة كاملة وموضحة في الفيديو
ملاحضة* اذا الطحين يشرب مي هواي ضيفو الماء تدريجياً حتى تتجانس العجينه معاً 🥣
توضع في الفرن لمدة تتراوح من 25-30 دقيقة على درجة حرارة 200 ⏰
