☑️ خليط النقع :
كوبين لبن رايب وشطه حسب الرغبه

حبتين بيض
٠
بهارات : بودرة ثوم وبابريكا وفلفل اسود وملح وفلفل احمر مطحون
٠
نضيف قطع الدجاج ويفضل تكون صغيره ونخليها منقوعه اقل شي نص يوم بالثلاجه
٠
٠
☑️ لخليط التغطيه
دقيق ونشا وشوية بقسماط وممكن الاستغناء عنها ونفس البهارات مع رشة ملح
٠
ونحط الدجاج بصينيه ويفضل على شبكه فوق الصينيه عشان الحراره تتوزع بكل مكان
٠
وابخ زيت على الدجاج
٠
٠
☑️ بالفرن من تحت على حراره ١٨٠ تقريباً ساعه
٠
٠
٠
