خاتشبوري من جورجيا ( فطيرة الاجبان والبيض)٠للمزيد من وصفاتي تابعوني على:@aziztime ٠٠الطريقه:٣٠٠ جم دقيقم ص خميرهم ص ملحم ك سكر١٠٠ مل مويا١٠٠ مل حليب سائلونعجن ٠ندهنها بالزيت ونخليها ترتاح ساعه٠نقسمها قسمين ونفردها٠نحشي الاطراف جبنه موزاريلا وتشيدر ٠والنص نفس الحشوه٠وندهن الاطراف بالبيض٠ا٠ا تحطوها بالفرن على حرارة ١٨٠ لين تستوي من تحت وبعدين نحمرها من فوق٠اخر شي نضيف البيض ونرجعها الفرن او الخبازه يستوي البيض٠مفروض نحط زبده على الوجه اخر شي بس نسيت ٠٠وبالعافيه عليكم ♥
