كان هذا الولابي يرتشف الماء بهدوء، ويمكنك ملاحظة كراتٍ صغيرة على أذنيه. هذه ليست سوى قرادٍ يستنزف دم الحيوان المسكين. تبدو الصورة مزعجة، أليس كذلك؟ لكن في لحظة كهذه، ظهر الغراب الذي سيكون منقذه.يُعتبر القراد وجبة شهية للغراب، نظرا لأن القوانين في أستراليا تحظر التدخل في الحياة البرية. يصبح الغراب حليفاً طبيعياً لحيوان الولابي، في مكافحة هذه الطفيليات.
