ملح ( بحسب الرغبة )
بهار مشكل ( ربع ملعقة كبيرة )
هيل مطحون ( ربع ملعقة كبيرة )
مرقة الدجاج ( 3 اكواب )
ورق البقلاوة ( الكلاج ) الكمية بحسب الحاجة
للدهن ( سمنة مذابة )
