مكونات صلصة الطماطم تدوم لسنوات

طماطم - 100 كيلو غرام
نغسله مرتين ونضعه في المصفاة
نقطعه بالسكين
نطحنه بالمكنة
نضعه في المصفاة
نعصره جيداً كما هو موضح
ملح خشن خالي من اليود - كيلو ونصف تقريباً لكل الكمية
نخلط جيداً في كل يوم 3 مرتين
نتركها تحت الشمس لمدة 8 أيام تقريباً
من الضروري تقليبه 3 مرات أو أكثر يوميًا
حتى يجف من كل السائل كما هو موضح
نحفظه في مرطبانات زجاجية معقمة
نغطيها بقطعة من البلاستيك الغذائي
